Positive: Clean and location Negative: Water pressure

Positive: Simple and clean Negative: Need additional trash can, soap, better chairs and another lamp.

Positive: The room was so clean and very nice. Negative: That some of the guest were a little loud during client hours at the night time.

Very disappointed, would not recommend. Positive: The sheets and coverlet looked clean and were soft. Pillows were great. Negative: No closet, cheap furniture and broken fixtures in bathroom. Toilet paper holder was hanging down and a partial roll of toilet paper was on back of toilet. Hand soap was from dollar store and was almost completely watered down. One towel in bathroom for 2 guests staying 2 nights. Front door not secure, left open at least two times. No trash can in main area, just a white trash bag on top of the counter. No headboard to bed and frame was cheap model from amazon. Hallways narrow and trim was unbelievable. It looked like someone unqualified did the construction. Not worth what we paid. We didn’t stay the second night, just went home early. Pictures on website are deceiving.

Positive: Reasonable price, room was clean, decent location for walking to downtown Negative: Didn't hear back after messaging owner about damage to the room that was there when we arrived, AC unit was blaring heat regardless of the temperature and switching it to cool. No staff was present at the building
