Simple perfection Positive: I loved the location and the lady who cleaned was the hardest worker and most accommodating!!! I also LOVED the beds!!! Negative: I like everything about the property but I will admit it’s not a “Hilton or Holiday Inn” meaning it’s very simple - a bed, bath, kitchenette, etc. But please know any time I come to Hot Springs, this is where I will stay!

Overall was a pleasant experience. Negative: The air unit was not properly operational. Was not properly functioning adequate for the needs of the amount of days stayed.

Positive: It was cute and the bed was comfy Negative: There was hair in the sink and it was stopped up . The entire complex smelt like weed and there was a major gap under the front door

Very nice place. Would definitely stay here again! Positive: It was clean. Was right around the corner from the down town area! The bed was so comfortable. Our room was huge!
