Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

I wanted a cozy hotel room and it fit the expectations. Close to my meeting and the tourists stuff. Positive: What breakfast? We loved the location. We were close to Central. We actually walked to supper and then afterwards strolled the Main Street. Negative: I didn’t get the check in information before we were at the door. We had to call but then got the information right away. The server was clear and apologetic. Just a detail.

Enjoyed every minute of it, no complaints! Positive: Very close to everything, cozy and quiet! Will be booking here again. Negative: I had no complaints.

Simple perfection Positive: I loved the location and the lady who cleaned was the hardest worker and most accommodating!!! I also LOVED the beds!!! Negative: I like everything about the property but I will admit it’s not a “Hilton or Holiday Inn” meaning it’s very simple - a bed, bath, kitchenette, etc. But please know any time I come to Hot Springs, this is where I will stay!

Overall was a pleasant experience. Negative: The air unit was not properly operational. Was not properly functioning adequate for the needs of the amount of days stayed.

Positive: Location/comfortable bed/very large rooms Negative: One small trash can in bathroom only/type of heat/air unit/Layout of shower hard to use towel from rack.
