Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Negative: My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to serious security concerns. This morning, a man attempted to enter one of the rooms, and the guest had to call the police. When the police arrived, they stated they were unable to take any action because there are no security cameras on the property. Although the electronic lock system should provide safety, it appears that someone may have unauthorized access, which is very concerning. The situation is made worse by the fact that there is no front desk or staff on-site—only access through passwords—making the environment feel unsafe. On a positive note, the room itself is very good and exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality. However, due to the lack of security, my overall experience was negatively impacted. For this reason, I would not stay here again.

The room and the location were fantastic. I recommend. Positive: The room was large. The location was perfect for me. Short walk to bath row but far enough away to be quiet. Negative: Dedicated parking spaces were a little confusing. I parked on street and it was fine. I did not notice the property was a VRBO until I arrived. Booking.com should have made that clearer when booking.

Positive: only was door locks

Gutes Prinzip, schlechte Ausführung Positive: Sehr großer Raum, doppelter Waschtisch im Badezimmer. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, gute Lage für den Hot Springs Nationalpark Negative: Leider sehr renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer. Diverse Sachen kaputt oder defekt (Fernseher, Stuhl, Nachttisch). Es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Klamotten, nur eine leere Kleiderstange ohne Bügel. Die Unterkunft bat per Nachricht erst um direkte Kontaktaufnahme, damit eventuelle Probleme gelöst werden können, auf meine Nachricht kam jedoch nie eine Rückmeldung. Check-In nur bis 22 Uhr möglich, danach ist bei Problemen niemand mehr erreichbar und es gibt auch keine Erstattung. Dies wurde vorher so nicht über Booking klar gemacht.
