Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Not the worst place we have ever stayed but wouldnt stay there again. Positive: Close to the strip Negative: The main small door was broken and wouldn’t latch unless it was locked. People in and out all night long and slamming the door. People above were loud all night and the noise from them running around and yelling was horrible. There were only 2 bath towels in the room. There is only 1 small trash can in the bathroom. Parking was horrible. People park in the spots on the street then get in another car and leave their car parked in front of the building taking up parking for people staying there.

Pleasant, quiet, clean, and unique. Positive: The location was pretty great, the room itself was sumptuous, and the code system was frankly much more convenient than keeping track of cards. Nice and quiet, great amenities. Negative: My only issue was the relative lack of parking due to the location. That's mostly just me not liking parallel parking, though.

Could be good. Positive: Great location for town. It would be walkable for most of the Main Street attractions. Negative: My room smelt like left over weed smoke, was not a suite as advertised in the photos (no couch), and power was tripped for my half of the hotel I was in. I have yet to be refunded too after the property manager said I would be.

Loved the location and the feel of the place. Positive: It was very spacious. Easy to get into and out of. Bathroom was really nice. Negative: Lots of noise. With our room being by the door, we heard traffic all night coming in and out.

Anniversary stay at 510 orange street Positive: Room was very modernized and clean for the most part. Bathroom was very nice along with the flat-screen TV and king sized bed. The facility felt very safe even after hours. Negative: There was a mold spot in the corner which I assume was causing the oder you immediately notice upon walking into the room. Also thought we smelt the light smell of weed which wasn't terrible but still noticeable. The dining table chairs were in bad shape. One was cracked from what I could assume is from an over weight guest and the other was falling apart. In the evening expect alot of noise from the front door since the room is the first room in the right. Other then those gripes the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this place to a friend.
