Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Negative: Getting in the place. Couldn’t get the key to work, no one ever answered the phone or called me back. Finally several hours later went back to try again and another couple which was having the same problem with the key finally got it to work.

Positive: The location was easy walking distance to downtown. The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower was great - good pressure and a rain head. Negative: Minor issues - pillows were a bit lumpy, no soap in the bathroom for handwashing.

Would not recommend! Positive: NOTHING!! Negative: The room door was unlocked when we arrived. The room had an overpowering smell and the carpet was soaking wet. There was a box fan going trying to dry out the carpet. The mgmt knew the room was not ready for guest. We did not stay and were promised a immediate refund. It has been over a month and still have not received our refund

Positive: Great location. Clean. Very comfortable bed.

Positive: Awesome location for downtown and short distance to other area attractions. Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet location, ample parking. Negative: The only thing I would add would be to provide soap for the bathroom.
