Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Perfect location, modern feel for a great price Positive: I forgot the entry code for the main building, so I called the hotel's number, and after verifying who I was they gave me the code right away — the staff were very friendly. The building is beautiful and in a perfect area, and I loved that check-in was entirely code-based with no one to meet in person. It felt like an Airbnb but with hotel convenience — a great place in a fantastic location at a great price. Bonus - they had a fan in the room, wasn't needed but there was one anyways. I sleep with a fan and I forgot mine.... PERFECT Negative: The walls seem very thin, we could hear everything above us and anyone that walked the hall but all the good outweighs this.

Very convenient location! Close to historic district and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Positive: Excellent location and value! Negative: Very noisy. Could hear everything and everyone.

I just pointed out some minor things i noticed but over all my stay was good. Positive: The beds were clean and comfortable the area was safe and quiet. The room had all the basic needs. Negative: The air conditioning was messed up and didn’t work. The doors of the bathroom and back of the door to the unit were dirty. It rained pretty hard and there is a leak in the corner to the right.

Positive: Location was great. Room was a good size. Bathroom looked newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Negative: I was in room 6. It was right next to the door exiting the building. Every time someone came & went the door slammed. It was so loud. Grateful that around midnight the traffic through the door slowed down. It only interrupted my sleep a little. But if youre there during the day the constant slamming door is awful. I would use this place again in the future but ask to stay in a different room.
