Would not recommend! Positive: NOTHING!! Negative: The room door was unlocked when we arrived. The room had an overpowering smell and the carpet was soaking wet. There was a box fan going trying to dry out the carpet. The mgmt knew the room was not ready for guest. We did not stay and were promised a immediate refund. It has been over a month and still have not received our refund

Positive: Awesome location for downtown and short distance to other area attractions. Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet location, ample parking. Negative: The only thing I would add would be to provide soap for the bathroom.
