Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

It was cry quiet and enjoyable! Positive: Loved it! I thought it was very clean and well put together! Negative: The cleanliness and the safety of the locked doors!

Positive: The room we were assigned to already had other guests in it, we walked in on them smoking pot. (The while place stank of pot smoke.) After numerous attempts to contact the owner, we finally got a response. The solution was to put us in another room that looked clean, however, it was cold and the heat wasn't working. After many attempts by following text directions from the owner to get heat working, it still didn't work. The exterior door to the unit wouldn't lock and when someone went outside, it would stand ajar allowing cold air to blast down the hallway. I felt unsafe and decided to leave. After about an hour of trying to get hear working, we messaged the owner and left, being assured I would get a full refund and issued an apology. I am still waiting on my refund. Its March now and my trip was in December. I texted reminder to the owner about the refund, but still have not gotten a response. It was my daughter's birthday trip, so it was fortunate that I was able to drive across town and get a nice hotel--for less money without even using booking.com--which is sad, to sad the least, that I paid more by pre-boooking using a discount booking service and got this type of experience Negative: To Booking.com, in the past, i have been very please with your service, however, this makes 3 times i have booked a stay and the place was NOT as advertised, their guest services non-existent and their prices not worth what I paid. I am thinking of using a different booking service from now on. This is unfortunate since I used to be very confident in the quality of stay i would receive through your app. 😞

Positive: Location and aesthetic of the building Negative: The heater didn't heat the room very well so I had to purchase a small space heater

Weekend stay at hot springs was good and at a convenient location…. Positive: It was located close to downtown that you could walk to places to eat and drink… Negative: No dislikes…

Great value and spacious. Positive: The location was great, we could easily walk to bathhouse row and there was easy parking outside. The owners provide a lot of information via email about recommendations and such, and it was very easy to get inside. Negative: There was no body soap provided, just a travel sized shampoo and conditioner.
