Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Positive: The only good thing about this was the location. Negative: Unable get into the building multiple times. They changed the code to our room and we never received notification. The room was very bare of furnishings. They did not even provide soap. In our four day stay not once did they clean our room even though we sent email requesting cleaning. Only two small pillows on a king size mattress. Also requested extra pillows which we never got.

Small for “king suite.” But location great and easy access with property for late arrivals. Positive: Location Negative: No AC. Small for “suite.”

We would stay here again! Positive: Great location for a great price. Comfortable, spacious room and quiet. Large, newly remodeled bathroom. Great price for a resort town! Negative: A luggage rack wasn't provided so we had to put our bags on the floor. There was room for a bigger table and chairs in the room.

Clean and good secure location. Positive: Very clean and nice location. Secure property. Very comfortable bed! Freezer mini fridge was a nice addition. Freshly remodeled. Lots of street parking available.

read how to check in prior to arrival Negative: wish I knew all abou tcheck in procedure before I arrived. I didn't see the email because I was traveling. I was tired and cranky when I arrived but had to jump thru hoops to figure out how to get in with emails and texts.
