Very good stay, highly recommend.
Positive: Private, good location, close to town, easy to get too, plenty of parking on the street. We didn’t check for the parking out the back. We felt safe, comfortable bed we really enjoyed the shower, pressure was the best we’ve had on our holiday so far, the shower head was good. Excellent communication couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Would stay again if we were ever in the area.

An easy, private, quiet place close to all amenities
Positive: Great location, quiet area close to central Hot Springs
Negative: All good

Overall: Great location, huge room, strong shower pressure, and budget-friendly pricing make it tempting. But the mildew
Positive: This place is the definition of “you get what you pay for… and a little extra character.”
The location is unbeatable as it is a walking distance to downtown. My car basically got a paid vacation of its own in the free parking spot.
Free parking deserves its own five stars in today’s economy.
The room is MASSIVE. I briefly considered renting a scooter just to get from the bed to the bathroom.🤪🤪
Double sinks made getting ready much easier and prevented any bathroom traffic jams.
The shower had excellent water pressure. If you're looking to remove a layer of stress (or skin), this shower is up for the challenge.
Budget-friendly price. My wallet left feeling surprisingly respected.
Overall:
Great location, huge room, strong shower pressure, and budget-friendly pricing make it tempting. But the mildew “signature scent,” bathtub that doubles as a kiddie pool, missing hair dryer, and a host who seems to be practicing the ancient art of silence all add… personality.
Would I stay again? Maybe. But I’d bring flip-flops, a towel for emotional support, and a backup plan for drying my hair.
Negative: The room had a noticeable mildew odor. It wasn't overwhelming, but let's just say my nose checked in before I did.
The bathtub drain was painfully slow. By the end of my shower, I felt like I was standing in a very shallow, very unwanted spa treatment.
No hair dryer was provided, so unless you're embracing the "windswept natural look," you may want to bring your own.
The host’s responsiveness? Let’s just say I reported the slow drain and had enough time to contemplate life choices, hydration levels, and possibly learn a new language before hearing back…nothing.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Positive: The only good thing about this was the location.
Negative: Unable get into the building multiple times. They changed the code to our room and we never received notification. The room was very bare of furnishings. They did not even provide soap. In our four day stay not once did they clean our room even though we sent email requesting cleaning. Only two small pillows on a king size mattress. Also requested extra pillows which we never got.

Small for “king suite.” But location great and easy access with property for late arrivals.
Positive: Location
Negative: No AC. Small for “suite.”
Good to know
