Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Very accommodating, comfortable, convenient & clean. Positive: Everything! Close to downtown, National Park, Bathe Row….everything. The bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed! The comforter was like sleeping under a Cloud! It was So warm yet not too much. The room and bath was VERY clean! The bath tub was even Bathable! (What I call a tub I would actually bathe in) not many in motels/hotels I would dare sat down in. This one I would take a nice bubble bath in. I highly recommend. Negative: Nothing. Once I was over the confusion about how it was like an Airbnb. I did not realize it and kept looking for a check in desk. I had researched hotels in downtown area and this popped up. I thought it was a regular hotel. Couldn’t figure out how to get in the building. BUT the manager was so Nice & Patient with me. Once he said, “it works like an Airbnb, I understood!” Lol Nothing to complain about here. I WILL stay there again.

Great location for a short stay but a bit basic Positive: Great location and it was a big bonus for us having free on-site parking. Negative: Very basic inside with limited facilities. We were also sent the incorrect codes for the doors to access the apartment and as we were travelling from the UK and didn’t have access to wifi we needed to pay $10 on data to contact the owner to resolve the issue. It was resolved very quickly in the end and the owner was very responsive but it was a bit annoying for us.

Better than any hotel with close proximity to downtown. Price was great and the pizza place around the corner was so goo Positive: The room was huge. The price was great. The location was great wonderful. Bed was perfect. Appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Negative: There were a few things that could be better but for this price I have zero complaints. Couch wasn’t real comfortable. More towels for a 3 night stay. Nothing to stop me from booking again

Positive: No breakfast Location was good, a short walk to town Negative: Security, the doors to enter building was frequently left open. First night, we were not able to enter our room. It took 40 minutes of phone calls and text messages to have the lock reset. The main reason for our dissatisfaction was the bathroom, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, the towels were something I would use to wash my car and the shower curtain was filthy.

Positive: We didn't know about the breakfast, But everything else was nice, Negative: Everything was nice .
