Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

Positive: No breakfast Location was good, a short walk to town Negative: Security, the doors to enter building was frequently left open. First night, we were not able to enter our room. It took 40 minutes of phone calls and text messages to have the lock reset. The main reason for our dissatisfaction was the bathroom, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, the towels were something I would use to wash my car and the shower curtain was filthy.

Positive: We didn't know about the breakfast, But everything else was nice, Negative: Everything was nice .

Positive: Location was great and close to activities. Negative: Could have used extra towels.

All in all, it was definitely worth the price. Being so close to the shopping area and close to the hikes, we were beyon Positive: Literally like a 3 min walk to bathhouse row and the shopping strip. Loved that. The mattress was actually suuppperrr comfy. Our first night we literally knocked out. Negative: The main two orange doors weren’t working for us to get in. We used the side orange door the whole trip, no biggie, but somewhat concerning (safety measure). We found a spider in our bedroom on the wall. A long leg, harmless, but still. The wife don’t like critters ha. The futon didn’t seam like it was cleaned properly. There were spots of dried spray or cleaning solution.
