Orange Street Boutique Hotel - single King bed

All in all, it was definitely worth the price. Being so close to the shopping area and close to the hikes, we were beyon Positive: Literally like a 3 min walk to bathhouse row and the shopping strip. Loved that. The mattress was actually suuppperrr comfy. Our first night we literally knocked out. Negative: The main two orange doors weren’t working for us to get in. We used the side orange door the whole trip, no biggie, but somewhat concerning (safety measure). We found a spider in our bedroom on the wall. A long leg, harmless, but still. The wife don’t like critters ha. The futon didn’t seam like it was cleaned properly. There were spots of dried spray or cleaning solution.

You get what you pay for Positive: The room was clean, the water was hot, the mattress was comfortable, price was great. Great cool temperature. Convenient free parking. Negative: This room was very awkward. TV in a different room than bed. No sofa to sit on to watch tv. Tv should have been in same room with bed. Only one bedside table. Should have been 1 on each side. Linens very cheap. Rickety flimsy place to hang clothes and only 1 hanger. Spout in shower falling out of wall such that water was going into the wall. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but I wouldnt stay there again. At least not in Unit 4. Difficult to get key holder open to get in.

If furniture is added I would consider revisiting otherwise I will not return. Positive: Location is good. Cleanliness is good . Negative: No place to sit and relax, two small not so comfortable dinette chairs. Really needs sofa or chairs.
