Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Easily to get to different areas. Negative: Couldn't get to local channels on television. The parking availability was crazy. You took a chance getting a parking spot again when you left and come back. Didn't like the price gouging for the 4th of July weekend. Im on a low income monthly check, this price was hard on me. Didn't like the stairs. Next visit to Hot Springs I'd have to try find someplace on bottom floor or had elevators.

Would definitely stay again. Positive: Location was excellent, bed was very comfortable and excellent price for the three nights. Negative: No staff on premises for incidentals.
