KING Bed at Brand New Orange St Boutique Hotel 9

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Easily to get to different areas. Negative: Couldn't get to local channels on television. The parking availability was crazy. You took a chance getting a parking spot again when you left and come back. Didn't like the price gouging for the 4th of July weekend. Im on a low income monthly check, this price was hard on me. Didn't like the stairs. Next visit to Hot Springs I'd have to try find someplace on bottom floor or had elevators.

Great location, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again. Positive: Great location. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Negative: We chose the second floor to avoid any noise from other guests which accomplished that, but it was rather difficult getting our luggage up to the room. We kept luggage in the car and brought up only what was needed each day.

It was an amazing stay I will be back in a couple weeks and will always stay at this place when in town Positive: Very clean!

Will absolutely be back! Positive: This property is our favorite place to stay in Hot Springs. It’s our 3rd time to stay here, and it’s exceptional every time! Close to downtown, super comfortable bed, great location, and the staff reached out multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay! 10/10 from me every time.
