Great overnight stay to be able to enjoy both the historic downtown and Hot Springs National Park Positive: Easily accessible to downtown and restaurants. Super clean and able to checkin with instructions provided Negative: Nothing

Great location, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again. Positive: Great location. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Negative: We chose the second floor to avoid any noise from other guests which accomplished that, but it was rather difficult getting our luggage up to the room. We kept luggage in the car and brought up only what was needed each day.

Will absolutely be back! Positive: This property is our favorite place to stay in Hot Springs. It’s our 3rd time to stay here, and it’s exceptional every time! Close to downtown, super comfortable bed, great location, and the staff reached out multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay! 10/10 from me every time.

Good for the price. Excellent location. Positive: Location and facilities were exceptional. Very good for the price. Negative: Quiet hours were not respected and we had trouble sleeping both nights with loud guests in the next room.
