Great place at a great price!!! Positive: We have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. I will continue to suggest 510 Orange to anyone coming to the Hot Springs area. Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: I love the location the rooms was ok I think it's about time for them to remodel a few things but overall it was ok Negative: The room was not clean good enough in one room the carpets was pretty dirty and in the other room we got it had hair on the sink and mold in the bathroom house cleaning just needs to do a better job but overall would i stay here again yes
