KING Bed at Brand New Orange St Boutique Hotel 2

Confortable room and great value Positive: We liked that it was easy to find and get to, location near bathhouse row was nice and the area was pretty peaceful. We liked that we didn’t need keys to enter the room and the room was comfortable and spacious. I liked the bed’s firmness and the a/c unit was great too. Didn’t have parking issues. Would definitely recommend. Negative: We didn’t like that we couldn’t watch live television only news and I missed some baseball games. I couldn’t figure out how to get channel apps we know such as Directtv or Pluto to be able watch live tv and sports. We’re not familiar with Google tv so didn’t know how to navigate it. We’re only familiar with Roku. Also, some more shelving or storage in the bathroom would be ideal for future visitors. The only shelf in the bathroom needs leveling as items placed on it slide down.

Positive: It was quirky, and walking distance to good places. Bed was comfortable, shower was spacious. Negative: The door lock code was literally 5012, at 501 orange Street, in door number 2. Like having your password set as password. The front door to the building didn't close and lock. There were only 2 little tiny pillows on a king bed, and 2 threadbare towels. Dresser was about to fold up like a house of cards.

Overall, the bathroom wasn’t ideal and the walls were super thin and could hear everything! Positive: Room was clean. Negative: The shower didnt have a shower door and when you got out the floor was super wet! The water wouldn’t drain right away you were standing in a puddle while showering. You can hear your next door neighbor to the point of hearing them snore! We were not able to get good night rest. Kids woke us up next door with noise level. The room shows a non carpet room and when we got there it had carpet and in some spots carpet was ripped apart.

Positive: The room was absolutely beautiful and location was great. Negative: There was no covering on the bathroom window and was totally visible from the outside, the walls were so thin I could hear physical activity and conversations from the other rooms. Additionally, it isn't mentioned that staff doesn't stay on site. Very disappointed overall. TV also didn't work on the last night

Excellent place to stay! Positive: Excellent place to stay! Five10 Orange Street is just a short walk from all the historic downtown attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the building has been lovingly restored. The owner was very communicative from the time we booked our stay until our checkout day. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Hot Springs!
