Positive: The accomodation was great. It was spacious. It smells super clean because of the scent of chlorine bleach if I'm not mistaken.Walking distance to downtown except in summer. Negative: Some confusing communication with the property. Once you get to the property, you may not know where to enter or how unless you get the instructions on time. We just got lucky because the cleaning lady was there. She seems to be keeping the place neat. Entering from the smaller door, there is a big contrast of odor from the bleached scent in the room to a mildew odor in the hallway. Glad that our room was next to the laundry. Overall, the stay was nice and walking distance to the Malco Theater.

Positive: It was very spacious, & the bed was very comfortable. Negative: My code didn't work at first, & the walls were a little thin. I could hear the people in the room above me and beside me.

Positive: Great location and great value. Negative: Felt very muggy in the building. Could use a de-humidifier.
